Re:mind – Online Wellbeing is an optional add-on to the Marine Benefits Medical Plan. The service provides seafarers with access a low threshold digital wellbeing platform. It combines self-assessment tools, evidence-based digital courses, self-help exercises, and confidential consultations with licensed psychologists, available in multiple languages. Depending on the solution selected, seafarers can access up to five private psychologist consultations per year, with no referral required.
Re:mind is designed to help seafarers build resilience, manage stress, improve sleep, strengthen psychological wellbeing, and develop skills to cope with the challenges of life at sea. The platform also offers maritime-specific training on topics such as fatigue, psychological safety, leadership, conflict management, critical incident preparedness, and mental wellbeing. For employers, Re:mind supports crew welfare initiatives by providing access to wellbeing insights, training pathways, and resources that contribute to a healthier, safer, and more resilient workforce.
