We are a Manning Agency based in Hamburg, Germany. Part of our group is the “Ethiopian Maritime Training Institute” (EMTI), which is the only academy in Ethiopia training Maritime Engineers. Our program aims to develop future Mechanical Engineers and ETOs. Right now, we have more than 2500 seafarers (ranging from Cadets to C/Es and senior ETOs) in a stable rotation.
