7Waves is a Norwegian engineering company specializing in naval architecture and marine engineering. We provide expertise in hydrodynamics, structural analysis, mooring and SURF, mechanical engineering, and asset integrity management, including Risk-Based Inspection. Our multidisciplinary team supports projects from concept and design through installation, inspection, lifetime extension, modifications, and third-party verification.
In 2026 we opened 7Waves Oceanlab, inhouse model testing facilities at our offices in Son, Norway. A wave tank measuring 10m×25m×2.5m, together modelbuilding facilities, will allow us to test ships and new floating concepts earlier and more frequently throughout the design phases. Model scale range: 1:10 to 1:100.
